The fiction of common worlds

Our world is not immediately common, but fiction works to weave the links. For Maylis de Kerangal, imagination brings together what is scattered, inviting us to think differently about the technical circulation of knowledge.

This year, the Night of Ideas questions the idea of a common world. Organized by the French Institute, it will take place on the night of January 26, 2017 and will bring together intellectuals, researchers and artists on five continents. The life of ideas joins the event through a series of interviews.
