What is becoming of multilateralism?

The Covid-19 pandemic has revealed the limits of international cooperation. Guillaume Devin shows what constitutes the dynamics but also the weaknesses of multilateralism, the role played by States as well as civil societies.

Guillaume Devin was a lawyer at the Paris Bar before becoming University Professor of political science at the University of Rennes and then Paris-Nanterre. Since 2000, he has been Professor at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), Director of the Master of Research and the Doctoral Program in International Relations until 2020.
