The socio-demographer Marie Ladier-Fouladi presents the electoral cards that she built from the official results of the presidential elections of 2005 and 2009. The comparative analysis of these documents brings, if not the evidence, at least the indices of the fraud committed by the fundamentalist faction of power to ensure the re-election of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
In 2008, in an article published in The life of ideasMarie Ladier-Fouladi already analyzed the internal crisis of the Iranian regime based on the results of the legislative elections. Very recently, she published a work entitled Iran. A world of paradoxes (Paris, Atalante, coll. “ Like an accordion »). In particular, it highlights the gap which continues to grow between the changes in Iranian society (decrease in the fertility rate, elevation of the literacy rate, evolution of lifestyles, etc.) and the hardening of the regime.
